Cincinnati Bengals’ standout wide receiver, Ja’Marr Chase, has taken legal action by filing a restraining order against an individual he asserts has been relentlessly bothering him and his mother ever since they had a romantic encounter in 2021.

As reported by TMZ on Tuesday, Chase went to a Los Angeles County courthouse to request a temporary restraining order against Ambar Hunter, with whom he had a one-night affair. Allegedly, Hunter has been engaging in harassment directed at Chase and his family through social media channels.

According to legal documents acquired by TMZ, Chase claimed that Hunter has been involved in a persistent pattern of “unbalanced and troubling” harassment directed at him and his mother, including the sharing of their private phone numbers on social media. The alleged harassment began after Chase terminated the relationship that had started on that significant night in July 2021.

The two-time NFL Pro Bowler additionally asserted that Hunter has been actively attempting to tarnish his image, reputation, and endorsement deals through “premeditated and continuous harassment.” On her Instagram Story, Hunter has made claims that Chase is neglectful as a father and has portrayed herself as a victim of domestic abuse at his hands. Chase has emphatically stated that he does not share a child with Ambar Hunter, despite her assertions to the contrary. According to Chase, Hunter has used images of someone else’s child and falsely asserted that the child is theirs. Furthermore, Chase has indicated that Hunter has declined to undergo a DNA test to verify any alleged paternity claims.
