DaBaby and Megan Thee Stallion Vocal on Twitter

Everyone knows since their XXL cipher back in 2019 DaBaby and Megan Thee Stallion have become quite close friends. By coming together to create multiple conjoint singles such as “Cash Shit” (feat. Dababy) and their most recent “Cry Baby” (feat. DaBaby), both artists have been able to gain a certain amount of respect for one another. This used to be the case for Canadian rapper Tory Lanez until an altercation took place which resulted in him firing a gun at the female rapper.

Since time has passed Tory reached out to DaBaby to recruit him for their newly released single, “SKAT” which Meg did not take too kindly. But what really started the dispute between these two would be when DaBaby retweeted a post that said, “I guess DaBaby and Tory Lanez are cool now because they both shot somebody and don’t have to do any jail time.” It would not take long for Megan’s loyal fans to find this post and soon get the attention of Meg herself, of course after flooding DaBaby’s Twitter feed.

After receiving all the backlash from his followers he would quickly try and clear the air by typing out his own post exclaiming, “Baby got enough problems of his own, ion got no reason to inherit the next MF problems. Y’all chasing a story y’all ain’t gonna get. I’m out n****s bidness while still successfully doing business.” However, Meg would shortly respond with a tweet of her own statement, “support me in private and publicly do something different…these industry men are very strange. This situation ain’t no damn “beef” and I really wish people would stop downplaying it like it’s some internet shit for likes and tweets.”

Without giving a public announcement on where both artists stand with each other, I think it’s safe to say that fans should not be expecting another collaboration anytime soon. These back and forth battles between these two powerful public figures can be found on either DaBaby or Megan Thee Stallions Twitter feed.
