Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, more commonly known as NBA YoungBoy, is back in the spotlight with the release of his latest album, Ma’ I Got A Family. The 19-track project officially marks the 23-year-old artist’s second full-length album release of October, while also being labeled as his sixth body of work throughout 2022; Ma’ I Got A Family was officially dropped onto all streaming platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify this past Friday, October 20, 2022, embodying just two featured verses on the explicit songs I Admit (feat. Nicki Minaj) and I Don’t Text Back (feat. Yeat).

Other projects from this past year that were publicized by the Los Angeles-born talent include Colors (January 28), Better Than You (March 4), The Last Slimeto (August 5), Realer 2 (September 7), and 3800 Degrees (October 7). YoungBoy Never Broke Again currently withholds an approximate total of 16,828,655 monthly listeners on Spotify’s platform alone, making a fair case for YoungBoy fans to argue about his stance and power over the present-day music industry.
