Lucio Catarino Diaz, has been officially charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The janitor was caught on camera putting his penis into a woman’s water bottle that ultimately led to her catching an STD. The incident was said to have taken place at a medical office in Houston, Texas. The woman who has not been publicly named, had been employed at the facility for 20 years.
As cited in court documents, the woman brought her own water bottle to work after noticing an odd smell coming from the communal dispenser. The woman stated, that she left her bottle unattended at her desk and later on in the day noticed a odd scent and the appearance of urine. Tests later found that the woman had caught an STD.
