Ever since his previous collaborated live streams with Andrew and Tristan Tate, long-time Youtuber Nico Kenn De Balinthazy, better known as Sneako, has been flagged multiple times for allegedly violating the platform’s Terms of Service (TOS). Occurring this past Monday, October 3, 2022, YouTube formally suspended both of the streamer’s accounts via private email that the young personality shared to his other social media accounts.

“We have reviewed your content and found severe or repeated violations of our Community Guidelines,” the email wrote. “Because of this, we have removed your channel from YoutTube… If we think a channel severely violates our policies, we take it down to protect other users on the platform.”

Being the controversial streamer and public influencer that he is, there is no surprise to see that Sneako’s accounts are being repeatedly watched by platforms. However, what he and most fans find unsettling about this specific situation is that he technically never violated any specific guidelines or regulations: most of his streams are self-talks about controversial topics with debatable opinions on politics, social media influence, women, and other ‘fragile’ subjects. “They don’t want you to be smarter, they want you to be weaker, they want you to be dumber, they want to take complete control over you, so any information like this, they’re actively trying to silence,” he stated after his account restriction.

Not giving the 24-year-old entrepreneur a chance to breathe, the popular television broadcasting service, Twitch, sent the following message to the young personality just four days after his YouTube expulsion – “Twitch is committed to keeping our community safe for everyone, and as a part of that, we require all users to ensure that anything shared in their account abides by Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines… Due to the severe nature of this violation, or the fact that you have incurred multiple violations, your access to Twitch services is indefinitely restricted.”
