In Massachusetts, two men were caught in the act of trying to remove a Bank of America ATM using their pickup truck. The Higham Police Department received a notification from the bank’s alarm system, alerting them to the presence of intruders on the property.

The men had secured a chain to the drive-up ATM and were in the process of attempting to tear it away when the police arrived. Upon seeing the officers, the suspects swiftly fled the scene, escaping in their white 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT.

Police initiated a pursuit of the pickup truck, but the suspects managed to evade capture by abandoning the vehicle on someone’s home patio. They cleverly concealed the Cadillac amidst a collection of outdoor items, including a grill, deck chairs, and a picnic table, making it difficult for the authorities to locate them. Despite the getaway, law enforcement is likely continuing their investigation to apprehend the individuals responsible for the attempted ATM theft.
