Maryland Teen Shot & Killed On Puerto Rico Beach While On Vacation

Tragically, a Maryland teenager, while on a family vacation in Puerto Rico, lost his life in a fatal shooting incident. The altercation resulted in the teenager’s death and left both his uncle and stepfather wounded. Authorities are investigating the incident to gather more details and ascertain the circumstances surrounding the fight and subsequent shooting. Tommy Grays III, a 17-year-old, was tragically shot and killed on July 1st on an Isla Verde beach. Local authorities have labeled the incident as a “targeted shooting” that occurred following an argument.

The suspected gunman, identified as Carlos Aníbal Rosado Martínez, 23, has been taken into custody. He turned himself into authorities on Friday. Martínez is now facing charges including murder, attempted murder, and gun-related offenses.
