The Brooklyn Nets have officially suspended their star point guard, Kyrie Irving. Announced to the public this past Thursday, November 3, 2022, the respected franchise stated that his suspension will last a mandatory length of “no less than five games,” without any financial compensation. This short adjournment from the NBA follows the recent release of Irving’s Amazon film, Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America, containing a handful of antisemitic analogies.
