Former Hollywood couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have recently resolved their lengthy divorce settlement. According to official documents from the settlement, Ye has been legally ordered to pay a total of $200,000 per month to the multi-millionaire mother of his four children; son Psalm (3), daughter Chicago (4), son Saint (6), and daughter North (9).
“The goal is to ensure that children affected by divorce are able to carry on with the new life that they are used to,” a representative of the New York law office Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, LLP stated. “Conceptually speaking, in settlements, you do not want one rich parent and one poor parent… A settlement should equalize things.”
Claims also report that most of the children’s time will be spent with their mother. Ye has had quite the year, especially within recent months, by making a handful of controversial public comments on multiple sensitive subjects – these actions resulted in ending hefty business relationships with people and major corporations, on top of having both his verified Instagram and Twitter social media platforms restricted.
