NBA star Tristan Thompson is grieving after reports state that the former champion’s mother, Andrea Thompson, passed away in Toronto after suffering a heart attack. TMZ reports say the woman was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors attempted to resuscitate her without success. Insiders said the the death was unexpected.
Thompson left Los Angeles Thursday night and landed in Canada alongside Khloé Kardashian, with whom he has two children with. According to TMZ, Khloé maintained a very close relationship with his mom, despite her breakup from Tristan. Sources tell Entertainment Tonight that Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian will be in attendance at Andrea’s private funeral.
