Released in 1964, Goldfinger quickly became one of the most popular movies of that generation after people saw James Bond driving his signature tweaked out Aston Martin DB5; the first time the vehicle was publicly broadcasted. Moving into today’s world, UK-based The Little Car Company recently collaborated with movie producer EON Productions to replicate and release a two-thirds scale version of Aston Martin DB5, with the intent of celebrating James Bond’s impending film, No Time To Die. This specific vehicle comes with various gadgets and buttons from the initial movie while also containing high-end safety features in order for the car to be “kid-friendly.” Its main intention was for children to be able to drive it while simultaneously feeling as if they are in the movie.

Currently priced at $120,000 USD without taxes, the mini-car runs fully electric while having the ability to reach a top speed of 45 MPH. It is fully charged by four 1.8 kWh batteries along with a 21.5bhp motor where the vehicle’s initial speed is generated from. All gadgets and accessory buttons are located on the inside of the driver side door where they are easily accessible to those on the curious side. However, instead of the usual guns and explosives being launched from the vehicle, the miniature version simply has sound effects.

As for the outer aesthetic, the DB5 is finished with a smooth silver paint job over the entire body, accompanied by individual plate numbers and of course the signature Aston Martin logo. Even with the stipulation of these cars not being road legal, there is no doubt that kids of all ages will go absolutely crazy for this newly introduced miniature supercar. “As part of an exclusive partnership with EON Productions and Aston Martin, we have the opportunity to create something truly unique for James Bond fans and collectors. We can’t wait to see the adventures these cars take with their owners,” a representative at The Little Car Company stated.
