Alabama rapper, Rylo Rodriguez, was previously arrested back in 2019 and charged with possessing drugs and a firearm. Florida police later released the artist after spending one night in jail and being given probation. Rodriguez has been a free man ever since then and seemed to be headed in the right direction until recently uploading a confusing statement to his Instagram story. “Turning myself in this week,” was the simple caption placed over a black screen that was posted to his social media account. There is no evidence as to what exact crime the 4 Pockets Full rapper is confessing for, but reports claim it to be a straightforward probation violation.
The news was officially reported this past Sunday, September 26, 2021, and officers have had the 27-year-old artist in their custody ever since. As a result of beginning his career with popular rapper Lil Baby, he is currently linked in with Baby’s 4PF label and Virgin Music. The Alabama native was also featured on Baby’s early singles such as “Eat Or Starve” and “Stick On Me,” which undoubtedly helped boost the minimal exposure he was given to start with; these singles were released back when Rodriguez still went by his government-assigned name, Ryan Quincy Adams.
The phrase “#Freerylo until it’s backward” has been flooding all social media platforms ever since the information on his recent authoritative situation was publicly released. The rapper is fresh off the drop of his latest project, “G.I.H.F.,” that was released back in November 2020 and featured multiple well-known artists such as Moneybagg Yo, Jackboy, Yo Gotti, 42 Dugg, and of course Lil Baby. Rylo Rodriguez is mainly known for his featured verse on Baby’s hit track off of his “My Turn” album, “Forget That,” which reached triple platinum status this past February.
