Well-known hip-hop artist, KYLE, released his first-ever song back in 2013 called Keep It Real. Since then, the popular rapper has earned himself a surplus of attention on top of an immortal legacy with the releases of multiple hit singles such as iSpy (feat. Lil Yatchy), iSpy (feat. Kodak Black) Remix, YES! (feat. Rich The Kid & K CAMP), Don’t Wanna Fall In Love, and so many more. Even though most people know the specific sound that KYLE brings to the table he recently uploaded a video to his TikTok account of the young artist expressing his confusion about recently being copyrighted due to using his own sound creation.

“I have a problem,” KYLE stated at the beginning of his video. “As you can see here the sound is missing. I do not know why my song has a copyright claim to it but it is my song… Like, I made it and it should be on TikTok.” The 29-year-old talent then went on to read the short message that the application had sent to him through his direct messages: “When it comes to the song Hey Julie (feat. Lil Yatchy)… We take copyright complaints very seriously and may need to take additional action if necessary.”

Hey Julie (feat. Lil Yatchy) was initially made available to all streaming platforms back in 2018, before releasing a second time on KYLE’s previously released project Light of Mine. This project contains a total of 21 songs and obtains various tracks that put KYLE in the limelight such as the second coming of iSpy (feat. Lil Yatchy), iMissMe (feat. Khalid), Playinwitme (feat. Kehlani), SUPERDUPERKYLE (feat. MadeinTYO), along with many more. More recently, KYLE has released one full project for his audience, It’s Not So Bad, followed by just one single, Carefree, throughout the entirety of 2022.
