NLE Choppa first made himself known as a threat in the music industry with the release of the first version of his popular “Shotta Flow” series back in 2019. Having come an impressively long way since then, the 19-year-old rapper delivered a total of three full projects being “Cottonwood” (2019), “Top Shotta” (2020), and his latest “From Dark to Light” (2020), on top of a plethora of well-known singles. Choppa recently collaborated with Chicago artist Polo G for the release of his latest track, “Jumpin” (feat. Polo G), which officially dropped onto all streaming services this past Friday, November 5, 2021.
The Memphis rapper is currently coming off of the drop of his previously released solo single, “Mmm Hmm,” that was made public back in August, as he now looks to make a return with his fellow artist. The track is enjoyable 3 minutes and 1 second of both rappers enabling their own unique flow and message onto the well-fitting beat. Released on behalf of Warner Records “Jumpin” withheld various beat production help from multiple respected producers such as YoungKio, Loshendrix, Daniel Moras, and CashMoneyAP.
Both artists also teamed up to shoot the official music video for this specific track that was released on the same day as the single. The visuals for this song consist of Polo and NLE robbing a bank as a surplus of cut scenes show the rappers dancing along to their track. The “Jumpin” (feat. Polo G) music video can be found exclusively on NLE Chopppa’s Youtube channel and has already surpassed a total of 2 million views before the end of its first week. Coming with a variety of different sounds, it is certain that the two young artists took their time to ensure the diversity of this individual song from the rest of their collaborations.
