Youtuber turned athlete, Logan Paul is one of the few social media influencers to switch over into various lanes of opportunity. Paul initially got his first big jump from Vine and Youtube, before eventually moving on to create his own trademarked energy drink (Prime), participate in multiple professional boxing matches, and most recently signed an official contract with World Wrestling Entertainment; WWE. The 27-year-old athlete initially made his ring debut in April of this year at WrestleMania 38 – He teamed up with popular WWE superstar Mike ‘The Miz’ Mizanin to defeat the tag team of Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik.
Former superstar and current executive vice president of WWE Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque uploaded a post to his Twitter account to speak on his recent signee: “I think it is safe to say Logan Paul shocked the world with his abilities as a guest at #WrestleMania … just imagine what he will do as a WWE Superstar. Congratulations and welcome!”
Other athletes went on to vocalize their opinions, via social media, such as The Miz who states, “Who wouldn’t want to see this tag team again?,” followed by various pictures of him at Paul during their previous WrestleMania debut. After the announcement of his new endeavor was released to the WWE universe, the young athlete took his first shot as his former tag team partner by publicly saying, “So look, I just signed my WWE contract – it is a big deal but after all, it is my contract so I’m going to make a little addition here… Coming 4 u @ The Miz.” As Logan has yet to officially appear on any WWE RAW or WWE Smackdown episodes as an official WWE Superstar, his fans and all of the WWE universe must sit in suspense until his unknown debut to the wrestling entertainment community.
