The U.S. music industry has come forward with a handful of popular releases over the past year, gaining a plethora of album sales to various well-known artists. One of the many rappers who obtained a high amount of traction throughout 2022, Juice WRLD, officially reached a new milestone in his posthumous career by successfully earning over 500,000 album-equivalent unit sales for each of his individual projects. As of right now, the young Chicago musical influencer has released four solo projects to the public – five total and three while he was alive – including Goodbye & Good Riddance (2018), Death Race For Love (2019), Legends Never Die (2020), and his most recent, Fighting Demons (2022). With this newly found breakthrough in his posthumous career, Juice WRLD also became the “first artist to have four albums sell over 500,000 units each in 2022,” according to information uploaded to Charts Data’s verified Twitter account.
