Leland Tyler Wayne, more commonly known as the American record producer Metro Boomin, has recently returned with the extended version of his previously released 2022 album, Heroes & Villains, Heroes & Villains (Heroes Version). Officially published to all streaming platforms as of this Monday, December 5, 2022, Metro gives his fans almost another full original project by completely doubling his song total: Heroes & Villains (Heroes Version) is a 30-track project that can be played over the course of an enjoyable 1 hour and 36 minutes. Metro individually produced every track on the album, along with slight help from other trusted musical companions.
Initially released this past Friday (Dec. 2), and with a majority of his new tracks being instrumentals, the 29-year-old producer still managed to successfully gain a hefty lineup for featured verses to the original version of the project — John Legend, Future, Chris Brown, Don Toliver, Travis Scott, Young Nudy, 21 Savage, Young Thug, The Weeknd, Mustafa, A$AP Rocky, Gunna, and even a posthumous verse from the deceased Migos rapper Takeoff. Heroes & Villains (Heroes Version) can currently be listened to on all streaming platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud, and Apple Music.
