Lanvin has enlisted Future to serve as the creative force behind its inaugural Lab collection. The announcement was made on Friday, revealing that Future will be designing a capsule collection as part of the Lanvin Lab initiative. According to a news release, the collection will celebrate a groundbreaking and individualistic vision that bridges the gap between music and fashion. The collection, featuring ready-to-wear pieces and accessories for both men and women, is scheduled to be released in the fall. Future’s temporary role is a part of the broader Lanvin Lab project, with the initial phase drawing inspiration from the daughter of Jeanne Lanvin, the late founder of the French fashion house. Lanvin Lab will continue with a series of collaborative collections designed to complement the label’s main seasonal offerings.
Fresh from his recent collaboration with Young Thug on the “Business Is Business” project, which was released today, Future continues to make waves. This album marks Thug’s first complete release since his initial incarceration related to the YSL RICO case. Future contributes to the track titled “Cars Bring Me Out,” joining a star-studded lineup of guest artists that includes Drake, 21 Savage, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, and many others. The 15-track project showcases an impressive array of talents coming together to create an impactful musical experience.
