Popular multi-platinum selling artist ASAP Rocky recently teased a possibly upcoming forum silhouette collaboration with two different clothing giants. Do not get confused, this is not two separate collaborations, ASAP Rocky has teamed up with Prada and Adidas for a brand new individual collaborative drop. Fans are already still awaiting his previous team project that involved the shoe company Vans but has still yet to receive an update on when that specific release will be. With that being said it will be interesting to watch as the timeline goes on as to when he will officially be releasing all of the unique footwear he is sitting on.
The Harlem, New York rapper posted the possible collaboration to his Instagram feed on September 6, 2021, with a post of what appears to be his own take on the trending Adidas Originals Forum silhouette. His post was accompanied by the caption, “PRA-DI-DAS?” and has already seemed to have gone viral as his fans appear to be heavily interested in this specific upcoming drop. ASAP posted a total of four photos wearing a pair of custom accessorized Forum Lows with a white colorway, along with an all-black custom Prada suit over a white dress shirt. The subtle zippered pockets on the suit jacket is a design consistently performed by the co-creative director of Prada, Raf Simmons.
Neither Adidas nor Prada have yet to confirm or announce the alleged collaborative outfit, but judging from the pictures this project seems pretty legit. Rocky has teamed up with Prada multiple different times in the past as they have all managed to become very popular and successful timely pieces of fashion. Looking to achieve the same heights with this new forum piece, ASAP Rocky or any of the partnered companies have still to publicize the official release date of these unique fashion items.
