Originally built from the ground up in April 2010, the Giorgio Armani hotel is located in the beautiful city of Dubai, inside of the highly respected Burj Khalifa skyscraper. Not only is this the tallest building currently standing in the heart of Dubai, but it has also made its mark on becoming the tallest building in the entire world; one can find this extraordinary building in the recent Guinness World Record books for being “the tallest human-made structure and withholding the highest restaurant.” The Burj Khalifa stands at approximately 2723ft / 828m, making other well-known buildings such as the Empire State building seem minute, even when standing at an intimidating 1524ft in the sky. 

The hotel comes equipped with an exclusive entrance that only residents of the hotel can access in an attempt to avoid any type of crowd that may be surrounding the building. With everything that you can see, hear and touch is fully designed and coordinated by Giorgio Armani himself, the 11-floor hotel contains a total of 160 rooms including a fitness center, lounge, spa, deluxe suites, and a ballroom that is the host of various heavenly events throughout the years. The Burj Khalifa is one of the signature landmarks where locals and tourists from all around the world come to experience and admire the once-in-a-lifetime structure.

A person can spend a night at the Armani hotel for anywhere between $450-$2,500 USD, depending on what type of suite is preferred. The average room usually starts at around $600 USD, consisting of a two-bedroom suite along with a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a priceless view from the building’s enormous windows. The hotel is currently owned by Emaar Properties chairman, Mohamed Alabbar, who plans on keeping the title for as long as his health allows.
