Stephan Winklemann previously got most of his car knowledge from his time working as one of the head representatives of Lamborghini but was soon relieved of his duties and sent over to France to run the competing car corporation Bugatti. Ever since, the car giant has been taking technological and vehicle design advancements to the next level, mainly with the release of their newest track car. The 2022 Bugatti Bolide is the company’s next attempt at creating “one of the fastest production cars in the entire world” and they might have just done it with this one.

Along with a luxurious and comfortable ride, the supercar can easily reach a top speed of 310 mph that is propelled by its light bodyweight of approximately 2,733 pounds. Containing an ‘8.0-liter quad-turbo W6 engine’ this one-of-a-kind eye candy is able to produce an impressive 1,577 horsepower from the W6 alone. You’re probably thinking a high-end vehicle like this has to come with a high-end price, you are correct. The new Bugatti Bolide, when available on the market, will be sold for 4 million euros, which roughly translates to just about $4.69 million USD per individual vehicle. People have already begun making their down payments.

Not only has the engine and overall power been a unique upgrade to the supercar, but the company has also taken it upon itself to increase the aesthetic and mainly comfort of the vehicle. The Bolide contains an all-new cooling system to ensure a smooth ride along with a newly added wing to the back of the vehicle, not to mention the overall difference in physical structure compared to the last model the business released. Safety precautions are always first on the checklist and this car just so happens to have them all. Coming with an automatic fire extinguishing system, central wheel locking, and a 6-point safety belt system accompanied by many more features, it is safe to say that this is not your everyday vehicle and is not one to be driven by your average Joe.
