In early February 2022, popular video game corporation Rockstar Games previously announced that they will be commencing the beginning manufacturing stages of their highly-anticipated game, Grand Theft Auto VI. This specific release follows the company’s fifth coming of the GTA series, Grand Theft Auto V, which was officially given full public access over nine years ago on September 17, 2013.
After being intentionally vague on the exact publication date for what seems to be Rockstar’s latest game, an anonymous email leak from the business has just surfaced throughout the social media community that gives fans a necessary update. The email states: “Take-Two Interactive, which publishes Grand Theft Auto V, remains many years after its release in 2013, and Red Dead Redemption 2. The highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI is expected to be released in 2024… considered by major digital storefronts, such as Steam, to have shooter elements.” As the innominate e-message still gives an unspecified release date for next year, fans still have almost two full years before the 10-year-long wait finally comes to an end.
