A viral photo has recently surfaced throughout the social media community regarding the distribution of Kanye West’s latest Yeezy X GAP clothing wear collaboration. The picture consists of multiple giant bags that seemed to be filled with different-sized clothing pieces from Yeezy’s new collaborative release. One caption wrote: “This is how they are selling Yeezy GAP. The sales associate said Ye got mad when he saw they had it on hangers and this is how he wanted it. They will not help you find your size too, you just have to dig through everything.”
Yeezy later went on to defend his distribution status during an exclusive interview with Fox News. “I am an innovator, and I am not here to sit up and apologize for my ideas,” Ye confidently stated. “That is exactly what the media tries to do: make us apologize for any idea that does not fall under exactly the way they want us to think — This is not a joke, this is not a game, this is not just a celebrity collaboration … This is my life. I am fighting for a position to be able to change clothing and bring the best design to the people.” Regardless of whatever unhappy fans chose to say about the recent clothing release, nothing will tear down the indefinite surplus of sales this specific collaboration will reel into the current market.
