In August 2018, Youtube sensation-turned-fighter Jake Paul began his undefeated boxing career after defeating his fellow Youtube star Deji. Ever since Paul has consistently proved critics wrong as he continuously persists on increasing his impressive win streak to a now confident 5-0-0. Jake has won four out of his five fights via KO (TKO) against Deji, Nate Robinson, Ben Askren, and Tyron Woodley: He also defeated Tryon Woodley on August 29, 2021, by a split-decision made by the judges, before embarrassing the former athlete for the second time in December of last year.

Most recently, Jake Paul knocked out Tyron Woodley to continue his undefeated streak and insisted on publicly calling out multiple boxing and MMA fighters such as Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz, Jorge Masvidal, and Khabib Nurmagomedov on numerous occasions. The 25-year-old athlete previously made the public claim: “I would fight Khabib in MMA if they wanted to make that offer ‘cause that would be exciting. That would excite me, especially if I had more time to train.” He added to his statement, “That would be a massive fight. Probably a million, 2 million pay-per-view buys and all I would have to do is work on my wrestling skills… I could outstrike him standing up,” Paul said.

The former Disney channel actor is seemingly undecided in regards to who his next opponent will be, however, he has made it perfectly clear that he has his sights set at the top of the food chain. Paul made a previous claim that he would only leave his comfortable home in boxing for a price that appeases him. “Not to hate on anything they’re [Eagle FC] doing but I would need more than what I make in boxing to risk going into MMA right now,” he stated. “The Problem Child” expresses how “people would have to come up with $25 to $35 million dollars just to start the conversation with me.”
